LIST OF SITES TO BUILD BACKLINK BY COMMENTS

Like i said in one of my post that getting lists of sites or blogs that enable backlinks might be somehow stressful and costly, with the help of a friend i was able to gather this few list of sites/blogs that have commentluv plugin. But before you rush down to those sites you need to read tips for building quality and engaging backlink.
Though i wouldn't guarantee you that they will still enable the commentluv plugin for long because they might discontinue it at anytime if they observe that people abuse it. Endeavor to use their sites for their benefits and yours. I will post the forums that are links friendly with cheap rules and regulations later.
